At the local workshop “Fujita Ikkomi,” you will experience the process of shaping ceramics by pouring liquid clay into a mold under the guidance of a skilled craftsman.
In addition, you will paint your own ceramic magnet made from clay derived from Shiratake-yama in Nakao-yama, creating a one-of-a-kind piece to take home as a souvenir.
The piece you cast during the experience will be passed on to the next participant, creating a unique cycle of craftsmanship that gently connects people—an experience unique to Hasami.
At the end of the experience, you will receive a “Hasami Ware Craft Master Certificate,” a special keepsake to remember your journey.
