In Saikai City, you’ll use locally inspired ingredients and make soba by hand, experiencing traditional culinary culture in a natural setting. This workshop covers the basic steps of soba making: kneading, rolling, and cutting the dough. Once finished, you’ll enjoy your freshly made soba right away.
